Based in Bristol, Virtually There specialise in small and medium business support services, with their core services being Virtual Offices, Virtual Reception and Virtual Personal Assistant services. They have been established for + 8 years and have nearly 3000 customers and 10 staff.

The company is currently embarking on an aggressive growth and development phase. This includes the recent purchase of a competitor, alongside investment in both new geographical virtual office locations, outbound sales and investment in marketing. The company recently underwent a full re-brand with new websites and customer portal, and an overhaul of its I.T. support systems. We now have a focus on growing our existing customers, recruiting new high-value customers and ensuring their success and retention.

You will be working from our head office in Henleaze, Bristol where there is free onsite parking.


Customer Success

  • Build relationships and loyalty with key accounts
  • Onboard new customers onto the client portal and facilitate demonstrations
  • Build bespoke call scripts through the client portal
  • Work with clients to resolve any technical issues and queries
  • Liaise with Operations and virtual receptionists for go-live of customers
  • Set-up regular customer reviews and minimise churn
  • Monthly review of Virtual Personal Assistant customers usage v’s plans. Proactively contact customers and suggest plan changes
  • Quarterly review meeting with Virtual Personal Assistant customers
  • Consistently deliver a high level of customer service
  • Champion customer requirements

Sales Manager

  • Grow and develop our existing customer base by cross-selling and up-selling portfolio of products and services to new and existing customers
  • Working closely with the Head of Sales to identify and grow opportunities, generate and develop leads#
  • Be point of contact and convert inbound email and phone enquiries
  • Contact all abandoned on-boarding customers to convert
  • Monitor free trial users and ensure continued use
  • Support team with any other duties as required

Our Requirements:

  • Proven experience of customer success/account management and sales support
  • A confident and consultative telephone manner with good interpersonal skills
  • Good organisation skills and ability to multitask
  • Resilient and can-do approach
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team


Hours of work: Monday to Friday 9:00 am until 5:00 pm

Holiday: 20 days holiday plus bank holidays

Expected start date: As soon as possible
