What's the difference between a Virtual Office and a Registered Office Address?
Virtual Office
Use our address on your website, marketing materials, invoices, business cards and directories, and keep your home address private. We have virtual offices available in 13 UK locations.
We’ll receive your business post and scan it, so you can read it any time in the Virtually There Customer Portal. 10 mail scans a month are included, and you can add unlimited scanning if you need more.
A virtual office doesn’t include Companies House registration, but you can add a Registered Office Address to your account at any time.
Registered Virtual Office
Includes everything in the Virtual Office package, plus a Registered Office Address service for Companies House.
Use our address to register your company and keep your home address off the public register. We’ll receive official post from Companies House, HMRC and other government bodies for you, and you can read it any time in the Virtually There Customer Portal.
A Directors Service Address for 2 directors is included, and you can add more at any time.

Is there a set-up fee?
No, we don’t charge set-up fees for any of our services.
How do you work out my monthly bill?
Our Virtual Office and Registered Office Address services are charged on a fixed monthly bill. Any add-on services are added to this monthly charge.
Do I need proof of ID to set up a virtual office or registered office address?
Yes. We’re legally obliged to collect copies of one photo ID and proof of your home address from a utility bill for AML (Anti-Money Laundering) checks.
You will be asked to take a selfie with your ID (your face must be clearly visible). You can use a driving licence, passport, or other Government-issued photo ID as proof of identification.
What is a directors service address?
A director’s service address is the address of an individual company director, used for official communications related to their role as a director.
You can use our registered office address as a director’s service address for up to 2 directors as standard (£2 thereafter).
What happens if I get more than 10 letters a month?
Your first 10 mail scans each month are included. After that, it’s £1 per item, or you can add unlimited mail scanning for £10 a month if you expect a lot of post.
What’s the difference between a monthly and an annual plan?
Monthly plans can be cancelled any time from your customer portal. Annual plans are paid upfront but are cheaper than a monthly plan; annual plans can only be cancelled at renewal.
Can I add a registered office address later?
Yes. You can start with a virtual office and add a Registered Office Address at any point.
