We are looking for a Post & Fulfillment Operative to help manage our clients’ post requirements.

Key responsibilities

Liaise with Virtual Office partners to arrange collection of post by Courier services
Receive batches of post from Virtual Offices
Count, batch & sort post by customer and/or location
Scan post into Virtually There’s online portal
Name and file post in portal according to customer and/or location
File hard copies of post in a secure location and shred after 3 months
Forward post to customers by Royal Mail or Courier
Ensure compliance with GDPR rules at all times

Skills & experience

IT skills sufficient to operate a scanner, use a basic excel spreadsheet and send/receive internal emails
