We are looking for a Post & Fulfillment Operative to help manage our clients’ post requirements.

Key responsibilities

  • Liaise with Virtual Office partners to arrange collection of post by Courier services
  • Receive batches of post from Virtual Offices
  • Count, batch & sort post by customer and/or location
  • Scan post into Virtually There’s online portal
  • Name and file post in portal according to customer and/or location
  • File hard copies of post in a secure location and shred after 3 months
  • Forward post to customers by Royal Mail or Courier
  • Ensure compliance with GDPR rules at all times

Skills & experience

IT skills sufficient to operate a scanner, use a basic excel spreadsheet and send/receive internal emails
